Returns and exchanges must be delivered to us within 10 calendar days after initial order delivery.

Holiday returns and exchanges received after the holiday will be issued a store credit for the return and exchange. Under no circumstances are price adjustments made for previously purchased merchandise.

All items must be returned in as new condition, All tagging and packaging must be in tact. Full credit cannot be offered on items failing to meet this requirement.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Sale items may not returned or exchanged.

Orders that involve multiple items will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

To Make an Exchange or Return:   

Email forpetssake@graceba.net to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return accompanied by a reason for the return in your email.

Returns received without an RA printed on the outside of the package will be refused. RA numbers expire within 7 days of issue.

For your protection use a carrier with insurance and tracking capabilities and promptly send your package to us for return and exchange.
